What Can I Expect?

Case Creation
After becoming a client, your case will be created in our case management system. You’ll be sent questionnaires and a secure portal to upload documents. No need to mail or take time to drop off physical documents.

Case Preparation
We will draft all the necessary forms, based on the completed questionnaires. We’ll prepare the packet for submission with the government agency.

Case Pending
Once your case is submitted, we’ll receive receipt notices from the U.S. government within 2-4 weeks, confirming acceptance and processing of your case. While your case is pending, we remain your attorney. We will update you with any new notices from the U.S. government agency and will be available for any questions or concerns you may have.

Case Adjudication
Finally, we’ll receive a decision on your case! Once we receive the final disposition and associated document (e.g., lawful permanent resident card, visa, naturalization certificate, etc.), we will close your case.

Our client-attorney relationship may end but we always welcome past clients to inquire about new immigration matters!
